Install the units at the base of an already existing fence. For chain link, interlock the units with the bottom links to “tie” the fence with the ground, truly extending the protection underground – no digging trenches or pouring concrete. For all other fence types, install the units into the ground until desired depth is reached, leaving the top lateral line flush with the bottom of the fence helping create a backstop.
